Approximately two decades ago, I initiated a tradition of commemorating my birthday by exchanging my prints for your personal narratives as a means of acknowledging the significance of human connections. This exchange serves as an expression of gratitude for the gift of life and the sustained support of my community, which enables me to pursue a livelihood as a working artist. This year, I am honored to revive this tradition in celebration of my 49th birthday by opening my studio for a Birthday sale. As a special gesture, I will be offering a unique print to those who share a story of connection. This story can be expressed through writing, drawing, referencing, video or audio recording, or any other creative medium. For those who may feel apprehensive or prefer not to participate in my artistic project, discounted and new prints will be available for purchase.
