I really want you to be happy with your purchase, but if that is not the case at least I want this to be a happy experience for you. If you don’t like the print and need to return it or exchange it for something else, please follow these steps:
- Contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your print, we can arrange shipping. If I made a mistake, or your print was damaged. I’ll send you a shipping label. (link to a mail address and phone #)
- Ship the print within 30 days of delivery; either in its original package or in something equally sturdy. I will refund the cost of the print as soon as I receive it.
I make sure all prints are nearly mail abuse proof, but it has happened (only twice though) and prints do sometimes get bent. If anything should happen to your print on its way to you, I will send you another one or issue a refund.
